K&O Adds Veteran Litigator Grant Cragun

Grant Cragun joins Kercsmar & O’Hara as an associate.  A native of San Jose, California, Grant completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science.  Upon graduation, he began law school, graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2017.  Grant then clerked at the Arizona Court of Appeals for the Hon. James P. Beene before beginning in private practice.  Grant practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing on complex business litigation, business and partnership break-ups, and trade secret misappropriation.
