Two of the firm’s attorneys were once again selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America™ 2024. Geoffrey Kercsmar and Sean O’Hara are recognized as “Best Lawyers” in their litigation practices for 2024. Geoff has received similar recognition from “Best Lawyers” going back to 2016; Sean has received this recognition since 2017.

Geoffrey Kercsmar and Sean O’Hara were once again recognized as “Southwest Super Lawyers.” Geoff has received the designation every year since 2012. In 2023, Sean is one of just six lawyers recognized for having a superior intellectual property litigation practice, his second year receiving the honor. Prior to 2022, Sean was recognized as a “Rising Star” in intellectual property litigation since 2015.

Geoffrey Kercsmar was recognized as Best Lawyers’ “Scottsdale Litigation – Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year” in 2020 and 2018 as the lawyer who has the highest overall peer-review feedback in a certain practice area for a particular geographic region.

LCA is a close-knit, peer-selected, and aggressively diverse honorary society of 3,500 of the best trial lawyers.
