Grant S. Cragun represents clients in a variety of contexts, including complex business disputes, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract claims, business break-ups, defamation, and employment claims. He has trial experience and has represented clients at various phases of litigation. Grant has drafted and argued dispositive motions, taken and defended depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, and has negotiated positive outcomes for clients at mediation and outside of mediation.

• Second-chaired federal jury trial for employment and defamation claims.
• Represented partners of a digital marketing company in a business break-up dispute, obtaining six-figure settlement.
• Represented partner of a recreational vehicle business in a dissolution requiring appointment of receiver.
• Obtained $1.5 million settlement in a personal injury case.
• Represented dentist in successful action on an internet defamation claim.
• Defended contractor in a contract dispute against client.

Grant was born and raised in San Jose, California. He lives in Mesa with his wife Jami and their three children. Grant loves to play basketball in his free time. He is a big fan of the BYU Cougars.
